My passion and love for planning, organizing, and transforming clients’ dreams and fantasies to reality pushes my creativity every day in my business. I’m known for my innovative spirit, attention to details, organizational abilities and personalized client service.With more than seven years of event planning and management experience, collaborating with clients and working with independent vendors, my areas of expertise include Corporate and Special Event planning, Communications, Luxury and Destination Weddings, Event Décor and Venue Styling, Travels, and Fundraisers.
With a Communication degree from the well acclaimed Mount Saint Vincent University in Nova Scotia, Canada, Advanced Certificate in Strategic Hospitality, Sport and Leisure Management from the London School of Business and Finance, International Wedding and Event Planning Certificate from QC Event School, Canada, and Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from Notre Dame University in the United States; I bring a unique blend of strategic planning, design thinking, effective management, and detailed implementation to every project I take up.

When I’m not working for you, I enjoy spending quality time with my three beautiful kids and husband. I’m a lover of poetry and enjoy finding ways to keep our family healthy and active.
I’m an ardent lover of children, and I love to empower women and inspire children. I’m committed to causes that concern women and children globally, little wonder I volunteered with the USA Fund for UNICEF and Avalon Sexual Assault Center. I have also raised funds to support Make-A-Wish Atlantic Provinces in their incredible works of making critically ill children’s dreams come true.
I am also the founder and CEO of Network for the Empowerment of Women Halifax (NEW). An organization that educates, empowers and encourages women to identify their unique skills and abilities, and transform into budding entrepreneurs and innovators.
Meet Juliet Namugga, assistant event planner at Matella Event Concepts. Juliet has over four years remarkable experience in customer service, communications, and community building.
She graduated with a bachelor of Arts in Education from Makerere University. Juliet is a people’s person. Her enthusiasm and passion for getting things done, and helping people realize their dreams is what drove her to event planning and community building.
Juliet has worked with all kinds of people from different background offering assistance and guidance. She is a relationship builder, and values peoples’ time.
She is delighted to be part of the team creating and celebrating clients’ memories, achievements, and successes at Matella Event Concepts.
